Refunds
You can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase after the free trial ends.  Just contact us using the contact form. Before a refund request we would appreciate the opportunity to help solve any problem you have.

Renewals
The service is priced for the displayed time period during checkout. After that it will automatically renew at the regular price allowing you to continue to utilize the service.

If you do want to cancel the automatic renewal of the service you can log into your account and end your subscription at any time. This will not remove your access to the service for the time you’ve already paid for, it will just make it so the service doesn’t automatically renew when your subscription time ends.
